The Convoy of Hope distribution at Endurance Church in West Plains on Saturday at 1:00pm will be food packs, drinks, hygiene kits etc… Also have the Animal Clinic of West Plains will be bringing bags of dog food and cat food. This is for storm victims.
Howell County Health Department – We have received several donations of nice, clean, used clothing, shoes, and other items for men, women, and children. If you are a victim of the recent tornadoes or you know of someone who is, please stop by our offices and help yourself. Our thoughts and good wishes continue to all those affected.
Bakersfield – The FEMA building will be open daily this week from 8:30-3:00 for emergency needs. If you need something after these hours, please call 417-284-7333 and make an appointment for someone to meet you at the FEMA building. (3/22)
WIC / Howell County Health Department will be providing diapers (for at least the next 2 months) to anyone affected by the recent storms. Income verification will be waived during this time. We will need the mother’s first and last name, race, phone number and size of diapers needed for each child under the age of 5. Diapers may be picked up once monthly and twenty-five diapers will be in each pick-up.
The Central Church of Christ; (1310 Butler Street, West Plains, MO- across from surgery center) along with The Churches of Christ Disaster Relief effort will be distributing cleaning supplies, food, water, and clothing. Starting; Tuesday, March 18th- Friday, March 21st. Times of dsitribution will be from 1pm- 6pm.
