$1.6 Million Contract Awarded for Turning Lanes in Cabool

SIKESTON, Mo – The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded contracts for Southeast District projects during its regular meeting on Feb. 1. Awarded contracts include bridge deck replacements and adding turn lanes.  

Contracts include the following:

  • A $3,635,384 contract was awarded to Robertson Contractors, Inc., for a bridge deck replacement on Interstate 55 over Route 62 in Scott County.  
  • A $2,399,732 contract was awarded to Robertson Contractors, Inc., for a bridge deck replacement on Route 34 over the St. Francis River in Wayne County. The bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state. 
  • A $1,611,750 contract was awarded to Lehman Construction, LLC, for adding turn lanes on Route 181 from Cherry Street to Route 60 in Cabool, Missouri in Texas County.
