Springfield, MO. – Molly Leighninger, a resident of Springfield, Missouri, is a 13-year-old cooking champ that is going to show the nation her stuff as she appears to compete on MasterChef Jr, hosted by Gordon Ramsey. While Leininger is no stranger to winning cooking contests, this will be her first foray into a nationally televised competition.
MasterChef Jr is a show produced by Fox judged by Gordan Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez, and Daphne Oz. Contestants are all between the ages 8 to 13, and the single winner by the end will earn the title of MasterChef Jr and a $100,000 purse.
