West Plains, MO. – This past week, political campaigns have shown to be ramping up, with the debate between Howell County Sheriff candidates happening. Today, there will be a discussion happening between candidates for the Representative of the 154th District.
This will be happening at the Lincoln School from around 5pm to 6:30pm. Organizer of the event, Crockett Oaks, stated that rather than a debate, this event is intended to be a moderated discussion in order to keep the candidates in a state of ease. This is meant to give the public a chance to better understand the platforms of each candidate.
This event is expected to have a packed house, standing room only.
Current and retiring representative David Evans will also be attending this event.
This discussion will be live streamed via our Facebook and YouTube pages, allowing the public to view it live.
