2022 Fulton County Murder Trial Postponed

Salem, AR. – There has been an update on the 2022 case of a Fulton County Sheriff’s Office employee being murdered. The trial has been officially postponed until January of 2024.

Harvey John Taylor, arrested for the murder of his wife and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office employee, Kristy Taylor.

This comes about as the judge agreed to a defense motion for continuation; which placed the trial for both men involved to January 24th, 2024.

The two involved are Harvey John Taylor and Tommy Sanchez. Both were arrested in January of this year after investigation led to their arrest in relation to the death of 57-year-old Kristy Taylor.

Part of the investigation included witness testimony that John Taylor had offered a cash reward of $5,000 for the death of his wife and their dog in order to avoid losing in divorce filings.
