21st Annual “Dog Jog” This Thursday

West Plains, MO. – This week, an annual fund-raising event will be taking place that will include runners and their furry companions. It’s called the Annual Dog Jog, and according to organizers, this event is getting ready to enter its 21st year of existence.

Organized by Wes and Alicia Gunter of Priority Pet Care of the Ozarks, this fundraiser is a 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run that people can participate with or without a dog in. All those who sign up will also receive a tee-shirt to commemorate the occasion, and there will also be prizes available for those participating.

This will happen at the northwest gate at the Heart of the Ozarks Fairgrounds, and the proceeds of this event are reported to go towards the Zizzers Cross Country and Running Clubs.
