Two arrested after drugs found during probation visit

Two people have been arrested after contraband was found at a residence during a probation home visit. On October 21, officers from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police Department, and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force went to an address on Dixie Street in Mountain Home, the residence of probationer Jeremi Jason Witt. The home visit was initiated after information had been received indicating that Witt was using and selling methamphetamine.

Officers made contact with Witt at the residence as well as with his girlfriend Michelle Zbranek.  During a search of the areas of the residence that Witt and Zbranek had occupancy of, officers found approximately .5 grams methamphetamine, marijuana, and numerous articles of drug paraphernalia including digital scales, several syringes, and glass smoking devices. These items were seized and taken into evidence.
