Mammoth Spring, AR. – A Mammoth Spring man has been arrested and has been charged with 2nd Degree Domestic Battery after he inflicted life-threatening injuries on his nephew.
The Mammoth Spring PD and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call at a residence on July 30th, where an investigation revealed that 42-year-old Marshall Eddy had gotten into a fight with his nephew, and ended up using a patio chair to strike his nephew repeatedly in the head.
The nephew escaped in a truck, and was eventually flown to Regional One Health in Memphis, where a nurse stated that his injuries were life-threatening at the time of arrival.
