32nd Annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert tickets to be refunded

“Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the 32nd Annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert featuring Joe Nichols had to be canceled.  We worked hard to try and get another date worked out for this year, but was unable to,” says Rick Frazier of Cystic Fibrosis Association of West Plains.

“We have had a lot of our ticket buyers tell us to just keep their ticket money for this year’s ticket as a donation to cystic fibrosis. Which we truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and understanding that our fundraiser did not end up like we had hoped it would this year,” says Frazier  “We plan on have our Annual Concert featuring Joe Nichols on March 20, 2021.  We know a lot of people was really disappointed they did not get to see him this year, so we have booked him for our 2021 Concert.”

Until now, due to the lock down, we have been unable to refund anyone’s ticket money that wanted their money refunded.  We have made the following arrangement to help you.

We will be refunding tickets on Tuesday, June 30 and Wednesday, July 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p. m. at the West Plains Civic Center and the West Plains Bank, Liberty Branch in Mtn. View. You must bring your tickets with you to get a refund.  If you charged your tickets by credit card at the Civic Center, you must bring your tickets to the Civic Center for a refund.  They are the only ones that can help you.  None of the tickets from this year’s sale will be good for next year.  We will start selling new tickets for 2021 Concert in February, 2021.

At this time, we are still holding all donated auction items until further notice.  The ones that we can hold until next year we will.

“We appreciate so much everyone’s cooperation during this time of so much uncertainty.  All the money we raise will still go to cystic fibrosis research,” says Frazier.
