$500,000 bond for couple arrested in Monday Heroin bust

West Plains, MO – A couple from the Willow Springs area have been charged with a drug trafficking and other charges following a drug bust on the morning of August 2, 2021 by the Howell County Sheriff’s Office.

Joshua N. Long, 41, and Amanda J. Jones, 37, were charged with Trafficking Drugs or Attempt-1st Degree-Over Statutory Amount, three charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, 3 charges of Unlawful Use of Weapon -Subsection 11 -Possess Weapon and a Felony Controlled Substance, Delivery of Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marjiuana or Synth Cannabinoid, and Possession of Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marjiuana or Synth Cannabinoid.
