Licking, MO. – Another death has been announced at the South Central Correctional Facility in Licking, MO. This is the fifth death announced within a two-week span. The first death was announced on August 31st, the second and third on September 1st, and the previous death on September 6th.
This latest death is reported to have occurred on Saturday, September 10th, to offender Oryon Guinn, 38. This individual is reported to have been serving a life sentence for 2nd Degree Murder out of Dent County, and was received into the Missouri Department of Corrections on September 5th of 2014. An autopsy has yet to be conducted.
This is the third of the set announced to have an autopsy for cause of death, with the remaining two being stated to have passed due to apparent natural causes.
