69-Year-Old Driver Injured South of Willow Springs

Willow Springs, MO. – A 69-year-old Willow Springs driver has been injured following a one-vehicle crash that occurred just after noon yesterday, February 28th.

This crash was investigated by Master Sergeant S.N. Foster of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.

In Foster’s report, it’s stated that Kelly Lawrence was the driver who was injured in the crash. She was driving a Toyota Corolla Southbound on Highway Z, when she travelled off the roadway around half a mile South of Willow Springs. The vehicle stopped when it was totaled after colliding with a tree.

Lawrence was wearing her safety device and suffered moderate injuries. She was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment and recovery.

In assistance in this event were Corporal C.A. Kimes, Trooper M. Barron, and the Willow Springs Police Department.
