Doniphan, MO. – A 70-year-old man from Doniphan was seriously injured this past Saturday when he ran off the road while operating a motorcycle.
This accident report was written by Trooper Johnson from Troop E of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The rider in this accident was identified as Richard Unruh, a 70-year-old Mountain View man. The crash occurred when the rider traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.

The report further states that Unruh was not wearing a safety device during the crash and suffered serious injuries.
Unruh was taken to Memphis, TN. by air ambulances services for further treatment.
