Centerville, Mo. – On May 28, 2024, one man was fatally injured in a one-vehicle crash 2 miles north of Centerville, Missouri.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the crash occurred at 9:15 p.m. on MO21. David White, a 76-year-old resident of Centerville, was traveling southbound when he traveled off the right side of the roadway and overcorrected causing him to run off the left side, striking an embankment and tree before overturning. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. David White was not wearing a safety device during the accident.

This is Troop G’s 7th fatality for 2024. There were 12 fatalities at the same time last year.
