An accident occurred Saturday evening at the intersection of T Highway and Old 60 in Shannon County, as a 2004 Toyota Highlander driven by a 15 year old juvenile from Mountain View ran off the roadway, overcorrected, went across the roadway and struck a tree. The driver, a 39-year-old male and a 9-year-old male also from Mountain View all suffered minor injuries and were transported to Mercy hospital in Mountain View for treatment of their injuries.
