Houston, MO. – A two-vehicle accident on Friday, May the 27th, has claimed the life of a Licking woman.
The crash occurred as a 2007 Ford Ranger, driven by Penne Kinserlow, 53 of Licking, attempted to exit a private driveway on US 63 just north of Houston, failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and struck another vehicle head-on.

The driver of the second vehicle, a 2019 Ford F250, was Robert Forester, 32 of Licking, who only sustained minor injuries in the crash.
Kinserlow, however, was pronounced dead at the scene by a Texas County coronor just before 8AM.
