At 9:30 p.m. on Monday night, April 21,2025, a 2012 E350 van driven by a 55-year-old man from Miami Gardens, Florida impacted the back of a 1996 Freightliner driven by a 61-year-old Ava woman. The driver of the Freightliner was transported to Texas County hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The accident happened four miles west of Mountain Grove on Highway 60.
