City of West Plains officials have announced that an agreement has been reached to resolve the pending litigation pertaining to the Parkside House. West Plains Community Services Director Todd Shanks explains.
With an agreement in place, the City will now proceed with its plans to build an all-inclusive playground in the Butler Children’s Park, which will include all-inclusive playground equipment, a water splash pad, 37 new parking spots, new fall protection surfacing, a new grilling/picnic area, and approximately one-third of a mile of new walking trails.
