An Oregon County man died Tuesday in a head-on collision near Couch.
William Fraley, 18, of Alton, was driving east on Route E, two miles east of Couch, when he crossed the center line and hit a semi.

Fraley was pronounced dead at the scene, the driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
The accident happened at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, this is Troop G’s 24th fatality accident, compared to 26 at this time a year ago
