Ava, MO. – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department initially received a call on Monday, August 1st about a suspicious character who was walking around businesses in Ava, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The man was reported as talking to himself and becoming agitated.
Later in the day, the Sheriff’s Department received more reports on the man; this time, he was witnessed in the Ava Swimming Pools boys bathroom, where he was naked and exposing himself to two young boys inside.
Lieutenant Wallace of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department made the arrest, and identified the man as Christopher Racke, 43 of Paris Loga, AR. During the arrest, Racke began to resist but was ultimately placed in cuffs.

1 count of Resisting Arrest
Rackes bond is set at $10,000, with conditions stating banishment from the pool, twice weekly drug testing, and GPS monitoring with a court-approved address.
