Yellville, AR. – The Marion County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of a home intruder on Monday, June 6th, at roughly 11:15 PM. After arriving at the residence, located at 2723 AR Highway 235, officers found the body of Daniel Stine, 80 of Yellville.
Stine had passed from an apparent gunshot wound, and after an investigation, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a 15-year-old male, who is currently being held in Conway. This detainment order has been made until a decision as been made as to whether to criminally charge the individual as a youth, or as an adult.
