Area rural schools Fairview, Glenwood, Howell Valley, Junction Hill and Richards, in collaboration with the Howell County Health Department announced Thursday the cancellation of all classes and all activities athletic and scholastic through April 3rd, 2020 in order to stem the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
