An Alexander Arkansas man, Gabriel L. Gordey, has been charged after a waitress reported that he exposed himself during an incident earlier this week in Thayer. According to a probable cause statement, deputies were dispatched on October 14 after staff observed a male subject with his genitals exposed through his jeans. A witness confirmed and confronted the man before he left the table.
Deputies reviewed video showing the suspect manipulating the front of his pants and quickly leaving when approached. He was later located during a traffic stop and taken into custody. He denied the allegations after being advised of his rights.
