The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on County Road 464 in Birch Tree, MO, at the residence of Rocky Stark. During the search, three stolen vehicles were located, seized, and impounded as evidence.
While officers were conducting the search, a vehicle driven by Thomas Brown, accompanied by Jocelyn Montgomery, attempted to enter the property. Upon noticing law enforcement presence, Brown attempted to evade the scene. A traffic stop was initiated after it was discovered that the vehicle had crossed tagged plates. Further investigation revealed illicit drugs, which were seized as evidence.
As a result of the search warrant, Rocky Stark and Tia Mansfield were each charged with three counts of stealing a motor vehicle, a felony offense. Thomas Brown and Jocelyn Montgomery were each charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence, all felony charges.
The investigation continues.
