A Grand Jury Indictment names Roger Tweedy of Ava, stating that he allegedly held two victims, under the age of 18, against their will. Tweedy faces two kidnapping charges, as well as a charge of resisting arrest. The indictment was filed Thursday in Douglas County Court. Tweedy’s next court appearance is March 19.
