Republic, MO. – A man from Ava has become seriously injured after an accident in Green County that occurred early this morning after 12am.
The man, identified as Brendan Price, 39, was driving a 2013 Chevy Silverado Northbound on Farm Road 51, when around the vicinity of Missouri 174 he crashed.
Price ran off the roadway, went airborne, and struck the ground, totaling the vehicle in the process. Price himself was seriously injured as a part of the accident, and was transported to Mercy in Springfield for treatment. He was wearing his safety device.
In the aftermath of the investigation, Price has also been charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, and a Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
This accident was investigated by Trooper A.J. Kahler of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
