Two students and a bus driver temporarily stranded in Douglas County this morning after storms washed out part of Stewart Creek Bridge on County Road 557 in Ava. Douglas County Sheriff, Chris Degase, tells ORN that all passengers were able to get off the bus safely. Degase says he and Ava Schools Superintendent, Aaron Dalton, responded to the call of the bus being stuck at about 6:30 Monday morning.
