A traffic stop leads to the arrest of an Ava woman on drug charges. Celena Clouse of Ava was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. A search resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine from her vehicle. Clouse was transported to the Douglas County Jail where multiple bags of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found on her person. She faces additional charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Delivery of a Controlled Substance into a county jail.
