West Plains, MO. – The Avenue Theatre in downtown West Plains has started to air movies in the building once again, harkening back to its old days as a place for cinema. Next month, to go along with the season, organizers there are holding “A Night of Thrills and Chills” on Saturday, October 19th.
This event is a Halloween movie marathon featuring films such as “Night of the Living Dead”, “The Creature from the Black Lagoon”, and more. With the amount of movies playing, the event stretches from 3pm that day, to 11:30pm that night.

At $5 a ticket, this movie marathon will be a great way to get into the spirit of Halloween.
