West Plains, MO. – Back-to-school time is coming up soon, with most schools in the region scheduled to return on Monday, August 21st. With changes to routines home-to-home come changes to the roadways as well. Make sure you engage in back-to-school safety procedures as we enter next week.
We spoke to Corporal Kinder from the West Plains Police Department, who serves as a resource officer for West Plains. He gave out his advice for going forward through next week.
