Salem, AR. – Barker Funeral Home in Salem is once again open, bouncing back from the fire that closed the business in 2021.
When the original fire had occurred in July of 2021, reports stated that the building was completely destroyed in the fire, and that it had originally served as a skating rink when it was opened in the 1990’s.

The rebuilding process continued through roughly 14 months after the decision to rebuild was made, and the new facility sports roughly the same square footage, with better space efficiency.
