Mountain Home, AR. – The pair of Arkansas teens who were arrested after helping a juvenile escape from home plead guilty in court recently to charges against them.
The charge includes a count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The two involved are Skylar Henson, 18 of Mountain Home, and Gaben Kline, 19 of Gassville.
According to the probable cause affidavit on the case, both teens drove a then 16-year-old from Mountain Home to Ava before renting him a hotel room there in April of this year. The pair then drove the vehicle, owned by the juvenile, back to Henson’s residence, where they then wiped the vehicle clean of any fingerprints in an attempt to make the absence of the juvenile appear to be a suicide. The keys to the vehicle were also thrown away.
The runaway juvenile was later found in Springfield, and was safely taken back to his parents.
