Billing Issue May Cause Second Notice for City Utility Customers

From the City of West Plains:

Due to issues with the 3rd party online invoicing system, bills due on 2/18/2025 initially went out with a due date of 1/17/2025 and showed a past due amount.
This issue has been corrected; however, the invoice system is sending new due date notifications along with the corrected invoice dates. If you have already paid your February bill, please disregard the emails sent for the remainder of the month from the invoice company.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working toward resolving future issues between the City of West Plains and the 3rd Party company involved.
