A Birch Tree man is set to appear in court on Friday on felony drug and weapon charges. Jordan Lee was arrested by a Howell County Deputy after a short vehicle pursuit in Mountain View last October, along with two other individuals. A search of Lee’s residence produced methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, a handgun, and various ammunition and drug paraphernalia. Lee is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful use of a weapon.
