Houston, MO. – Robin Sterling, a 60 year-old man from Birchtree, was injured after a motorcycle accident on Monday, September 19th.
The crash happened at roughly 4:30pm at the intersection of Highway 137 and Highway B, 5 miles East of Houston. Sterling was traveling Southbound while riding a 1974 Harley Davidson motorcycle. The reason behind the accident appears to be that Sterling ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
Sterling sustained moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Mercy St Francis in Mtn View for treatment. He was not wearing a safety device.
This accident was investigated by Corporal S.J. Crewse of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
