Mountain View, MO. – The City of Mountain View, MO. has announced that there is a boil advisory that has been enacted for certain sections of town due to a contractor striking a water line.
This boil advisory applies to the following locations:

- Elm Street south of State Route W
- Pennycuick Drive, Douglas Drive
- Missouri Street
- Kansas Street
- Mona Street
During this time, use all precautions associated with a boil advisory. Do not use tap water for consumption without thoroughly boiling it first, and make sure to get rid of any old ice cubes that may have used the pontentially contaminated water.
