West Plains, MO. – The city of West Plains has made a public announcement of a Boil Water Advisory this morning at roughly 8:30.
Locations impacted by the advisory include: Debra Ave, Terra St to Gleghorn St areas, as well as Anne St and Kay Avenue areas.

Reasons for this advisory seem to be testing and replacement of water within the system. This process will include flushing of old water, chlorine monitoring, and collecting at least 3 safe water samples. There has been no announcement of broken or otherwise compromised water pipes.
