(West Plains, MO) Local BBQ establishment Bootleggers BBQ operated by Brian and Jessica Staack will be teaming up with Operation BBQ Relief to serve the residents of Southern Missouri 10,000 meals in 10 days.
The endeavor began Saturday.
Today(Sunday) Bootleggers will be setting up at First Baptist Church is West Plains with a goal of serving 2,500 meals.
The following was taken from the Bootleggers BBQ Facebook Page.
” We are going to be set up in the large parking lot at First Baptist Church here in West Plains. Please look at the map! For traffic ease, come from the square and turn on to Leyda Ave. Then turn into the First Baptist Church Parking lot. We will have two lines set up to serve hot bbq meals to anyone that wants a meal starting at 1:00. We are smoking enough meat for 2500 meals tomorrow! ”
