Gainesville, Mo. – An early morning fishing accident has led the Tecumseh Access to be closed temporarily on Friday. Three men had disappeared when their fishing boat capsized early Friday morning. Following the recovery of one man in the area of Tecumseh Bridge, multiple law enforcement agencies and area fire departments responded to the area to aid in the search.
Shortly before noon on March 25, 2022, the Ozark County Sheriff announced the temporary closure of the Tecumseh Access to the public while law enforcement and the Army Corp of Engineers work on an accident in the area.
Identities of the individuals involved have not been released at this time.
