Baxter County, MO. – Baxter County Judge Mickey Pendergrass has lifted burn bans within areas of Baxter County, AR.
The areas with ban lifts include the unincorporated areas and Salesville. According to the judge, this is due to the recent rainfall we have received.

However, residents should still be careful when burning their trash or otherwise using any open flame, as Baxter County as a whole is still under moderate wildfire danger conditions.
In addition, much of the listening area is still under d2 to d3 drought conditions, with the scale having a d4 as the maximum.
