Businesses Have Announced Changes Due To The Eclipse

West Plains, MO. – The upcoming Solar Eclipse has changed business hours and driver routes. Some businesses have put out posts and press releases stating changes that could affect people in the local area.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol put out a press release to inform locals that the eclipse will be affecting driver examination skill testing times. Drivers who wish to take the test on April 8th should be prepared to find that the tests may be suspended during the eclipse. The station will post signs at the location announcing any temporary testing suspensions.

It has been posted that the West Plains trash routes will be changed. The commercial routes that usually run on Monday will be running on Sunday, April 7, and all residential routes that normally run on Mondays and Tuesdays will run on Tuesday, April 9.
