Winnipeg, MO. – A man from Cabool has been seriously injured in an overturn crash that occurred near Winnipeg in Laclede County.
This crash took place yesterday on Highway 17 in the territory of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop I. Stephen Vasquez, a 22 year-old from Cabool, was driving a Toyota Corolla while moving southbound.

At around 1 mile south of Highway U, Vasquez failed to negotiate a curve. This led to the vehicle becoming totaled when it travelled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Vasquez was inflicted with serious injuries, and was taken to by Mercy EMS to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
Trooper S.J. Hallam of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop I was the investigator of this accident.
