Cabool, MO – A Cabool woman was seriously injured in a Wednesday morning crash in Douglas County. The accident occurred six miles south of Cabool on Highway 181 at 8:30 a.m. on September 22, 2021.
Brandi Dodds, 41 of Cabool, was driving north on Highway 181 in a 2004 Buick Rendevous when she ran off the right side of the road, overcorrecting, and crossed the center of the roadway twice before running the vehicle off the right side of the road and overturning.

Dodds suffered serious injury from the crash and was flown by AirEvac to Cox South Hospital in Springfield, MO. Dodds was wearing a safety device. The Buick suffered extensive damage.
This accident was investigated by Trooper D. L. Nash of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G.
