Van Buren, MO. – Earlier this week, the Cartner County Sheriff’s Office announced They will be the first Law Enforcement Agency to implement a new school safety system called “MyFlare”.
This new system provides a direct report towards law enforcement from the school in times of crisis, creating a more effective line of communication. Through this, the Sheriff’s Office boasts reduce response times and more safety for teachers, school children, and other school staff.

Information about the new app and its implementation was presented by the Carter County Sheriff, Alonzo Bradwell at a recent Missouri Sheriff’s Conference.
