West Plains, MO. – CASA for Children of West Plains has had to postpone an event they were going to run this weekend, known as the Blue Dress Run-Walk. Originally set for this weekend, this event is is meant as a fundraiser and awareness campaign for Child Abuse and Neglect Awareness Month, which takes place in April.
The new date has been set to May 7th due to rain. It starts at 10AM, beginning at Wages Brewing Company, 1382 Bill Virdon Blvd, West Plains, MO. There will be a 5k run/walk, and a 1 mile fun run/walk. Prices for participation vary based on length choses, and age. Group pricing is available.
