Charges filed for Monday Drug Bust in Ozark County

Gainesville, Mo. – Charges have been filed against the woman arrested in the Monday drug bust in eastern Ozark County. As a result of the search warrant served in the Tecumseh area on Monday, December 27, 2021, a warrant has been issued for Betty Ousley. 
 
Ozark Radio News spoke with Ozark County Sheriff Cass Martin about the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF) and the arrest:

 
Ms. Ousley is charged with:
– Trafficking Drugs 1st Degree FELONY A
– Possession of a Controlled Substance FELONY D
– 4 counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon/Possession of a Weapon and a Felony Controlled Substance FELONY E
– Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance FELONY E
– Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia MISDEMEANOR D
– Possession of Marijuana MISDEMEANOR D
 
Ms. Ousley is currently being held in the Ozark County Jail on $25,000 CASH ONLY BOND.
 
All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
