Ava, Mo. – Charges have been filed in the Sunday drug bust in Douglas County. Dennis Lynch and Lisa Sigman were arrested on the morning of December 12, 2021 as a result of a search warrant that was served by the Douglas/Ozark County Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF) in Douglas County on N. 181 Highway.
Dennis Lynch, age 67, of Cabool, MO was charged with two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance-Meth, a Class D Felony; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, a Class D Felony; and Unlawful Possession, Transport, Manufacture, Repair or Sale of Illegal Weapon, a Class D Felony. Bond Set at $15,000 Cash Bond with bond conditions: CPS Supervision with twice weekly drug testing and Lynch is not permitted any weapons.
Lisa Sigman, age 58, of Cabool, MO was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance-Meth, a Class D Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, a Class D Felony. Bond Set at $2500.00 Cash Bond with bond conditions: CPS Supervision with twice weekly drug testing.
All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
