Special Trial Counsel recommends charges against an Army Specialist at Fort Leonard Wood in the death of Sergeant Sarah Roque. The 23-year-old’s body was found in a dumpster after she was reported missing. In addition to charges related to Roque’s death, Counsel is also wants to charge Wooster Rancy, a 21-year-old Specialist with the 5th Engineer Battalion, with obstruction of justice. The investigation continues.
