The City of Mountain View is seeking bids for a skid steer and will accept proposals for either a used or new machine. Officials say the equipment must meet specific requirements, including a 74‑horsepower engine, tracks, high‑flow auxiliary hydraulics, an enclosed cab with working heat and air conditioning, and a ballistic door.
Sealed bids are due at City Hall by 10 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, and should be clearly marked as a bid or emailed to cityclerk@mountainviewmo.gov. Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. that same morning at City Hall, 126 N. Oak Street. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
