Thayer, MO. – Two City meetings have been scheduled for next month in Thayer, where citizen input has been requested.
The first of these two meetings is Thursday, July 9th at 6pm. This meeting will pertain to the City’s 5-year-comprehensive plan, where community priorities are established. This will help the City pursue grants where necessary for these improvements, such as those with infrastructure, parks, or other community projects.
The second meeting planned is for Thursday, July 30th at 6pm. This meeting will be focused on proposed amendments which will be voted for in August, as well as introducing candidates planning to run for office.
While these meetings have been stated to be informal, so no motions will be made and no votes will be taken.
